Victim

I was involved in a vehicle accident with one of the G4s trucks on the 26 May 2020 in Hillcrest Durban. The driver of the truck is Mr Bhengu, registration number CP18HNGP who hit me from behind. I reported the accident at the police station and got the case number. Mr Bhengu gave me his manager contact number who’s name is Milan Andries. I called the manager the following day and got hold of Jiten who said to me he has email all the necessary documents to Heinrich Hoffman. Two days after I then emailed Heinrich Hoffman and got no response. I called again ***and was given another email address *** who I emailed on the 8th of June, she responded she doesn’t deal with accident related queries but have copied Heinrich in on your email. And yet still there hasn’t been any feedback. I work 30km away from home and use my car daily. I need to have my car fixed by this G4s company
