Terrible services from G4S !!!!!!

On 15/09/2023 I was involved in an accident where the back of my car was bumped by a G4S driver who was in the wrong. I contacted G4S regarding this and logged a claim with Ramaite Kgatle on 04/10/2023 where I sent all m y documents and police reports and I got confirmation that everything was in order. Till this day I haven't received any feedback from them, and I have been without a car as I am not willing to drive around in a damaged car. I am a single mom having to now use public transport as no one at G4S seems to care about my being inconvenienced by their incompetence. I need someone to take me and my case seriously and come to a resolution.
