SWORN AT BY A CASH VAN DRIVER

Why are all the phone numbers of G4S not working if you dail the number you get the reply " This number does not exists. So how can you report a cazh van driver that swears at a person who ask him to move his van so I could not exit my parking bay at Pick & Pay Bloemgate. I took a phone of hiss van's registration number but can not report the matter to a senior officer.
