Pathetic!

I was involved in a vehicle accident with one of the G4S trucks on the 24 June 2019. The drivers name is Tshepo Sauli, registration number: HC56XNGP who hit me from behind. Police were on scene and accident reported. Case number received. I have been trying since then to get this resolved with this company and liaising with a Heinrich Hoffman who is a Senior Regional Legal Counsel at the company. NO LUC**** I always get told, you will get feedback. During this time, i have repaired my vehicle and got my insurance involved to try and get this matter resolved. They have been trying too since November 2019 - AGAIN NO LUCK !! i am now going to all means by whichever platform to get my issue resolved and if i have to take this to court - so be it! This is ********* and yet company's trust G4S to transport their cash! How can any company trust G4S to their assets if they cannot respond and get matters like this resolved.
