No delivery

On Friday my bank manager from HSBC London made arrangements with MR DU plessis to pick up my bank cards from the airport on saturday and then we can pick it up from then on monday. We drove all the way from Durban to boksburg to pick ot up . Much to my suprise i am told by Mr du plesssis on monday morning 6 July that they only will pick up the cards today as they do not do any pick ups on weekends.I told him ok put will it be today S i have to go back to Durban for work and he says yes. Not one did he phone me or my Bank manager from HSBC to let as know what is going on. By 13h30 when i phone again he then told me o the cards will come later after close time and we should go home and come back the next morning. So i should drive back 600 km home and again back to Boksburg the next Morning, we then confrence call his supervisor Mrs Kichner and she just inform us there nothing she can do and that she can be held accountable for Mr Du Plessis. We she book in a hotel and bring the slip to her the next morning. Really all i want is my bank card from MY bank HSBC. i will never ever use this company and will make sure my associets dont use them aswell.
