Ladysmith Square Shopping Centre on 03 Jan 2020 Incident with a guard

Thank you for taking my query, I will you to take action against your guard that was working around the Ladysmith Square Shopping Centre on 03 January 2020, at around 16h00. I went to withdraw cash from the Capitec ATM Outside the mall with my child, wife and mother in law, I saw the guard standing behind me with a pump action gun, I firstly assumed he was there to fill money, so I gave way, then I noticed he was still standing in the que, I then felt nervous with my family and small child around and asked him politely to go and put his firearm away as it is making my family nervous, he responded in a rude way, in which he told me to” shut up” and “mind my own business”, “and you don’t know me my friend” ridiculing me in front to my family, at this stage I was upset and a fight could have broken out if my wife told me to “be careful he has a gun and you don’t”, my point is how is your companies policy for carrying guns around when there is no cash to fill, that firearm should have been lodged in the bakkie, and they were driving a ford bantam, in which 3 occupants were sitting, the Vehicle Registration was HR28SR-GP
