G4S Vehicle

I was involved in a car accident with one of the G4S vehicles (G4S car was in the wrong)

I was asked to call ********** to report the matter.

I called and reported the accident to ********** and ********** both individuals asked me to send them details of the accident, sketch, quotes etc

As requested I sent them all the information required, after two days of reporting the accident I asked for updates and to this day I haven’t received any update from G4S even though I call daily

The accident occurred on the 10th of march (Saturday) and I reported the matter on the 12th (Monday)up until today no one has come back to me, the worst part is reception won’t even put me through to the two people whom I reported the accident to.

Can anyone assist me regarding this matter
