G4S unreachable for accountability

My mom a woman of 61 years was involved in an accident caused by a G4S vehicle on the 28th of May 2026, the driver of the vehicle did not stop at a red light, take note that the G4S vehicle is not an emergency vehicle its a staff transport vehicle.

Since the accident occurred I have not been able to get hold of the driver or G4S to sort out this incident and all their emails come back stating address not found.

Their online contact methods only allow for business emails to be accepted to receive a call back from them.

My mom has already gone for one of two operations and will be in hospital for some time.

So how does one get hold of G4S in order to get stuff soeted out.
