G4S stole my pension fund

I resigned from G4S cash solutions in December last year. I send all my pension documents through in December last year and it is now almost 5 months later and absa has still not received the papers from g4s to pay me my pension. they have been dishonoust and misleading assuring me 4 months ago that this was done. in effect *****ing from me. Absa needs the management team to sign the documentation and send it through its as simple as that. I had numerous communication with g4s throughout December 2014 and January 2015 to get this done.
