G4S Secure Solutions a definate NO GO - Shockingly poor service delivery!!!!

I am very dissappointed with this company. My company is Blue Rocket Trading and they provide me with cash solutions. As a business we have been customers for a long time and their service and administration of their business is absolutely shockingly poor. It seems that branch level management is very weak and *********** staff a general problem. We have had several negative experiences with them the last couple of months that really baffles me as this is a national company. From skipping pick-ups to not delivering services for more than 2 weeks without valid reasons the list goes on and on. I recently sent them in writing to change of bank account wherin they had to deposit my cash. I have 2 branches where provide deliver CIT solutions. For the one branch they did the change correctly but for the other branch they paid and are still paying the cash into a completely other business's account not related to my company. I have to now ask the other business to transfer my cash back to me! After several requests and e-mails to and fro this matter has not yet been resolved which causes long delays in my cashflow replenishment that also then has various other implications causing unneccesary pressure on my business. I will not reccommend this company although they have the monopoly seeing that SBV does not do retail CIT anymore? I think the management of this company should seriously look into their staff competency and service processes.
