Assaulted and verbally abused by G4S employee

I unfortunately was on the receiving end of an extremely distressing incident that occurred involving a G4S employee at the Cape Town International Airport on Saturday, 9 November 2024, at approximately 5:10 PM.

As a seven-month pregnant woman, I was physically and verbally assaulted by one of your employee, according to the supervisor Nokinbusa the female employee's name is Sinebane wearing vest 38. As I exited through Entrance 1 at the All departures to fetch an item from the car, your employee in question pushed me aggressively and proceeded to verbally abuse me, calling me a "*******" and a "f@#£king b@#$h."

What was even more disturbing was that just five minutes later, a man exited the same area and was not treated in any similar manner. The stark difference in how I was treated based on my race, gender and current condition is deeply troubling.

I am extremely concerned about the safety and well-being of how G4S employees treat all passengers, especially vulnerable individuals such as pregnant women, and I find it unacceptable and utterly disgusted that this behavior occurred. Tried to email as well as get in contact with G4S but they are not interested in responding.
