Unprofessional service

I bought the incorrect product from a seller via this company's website, and immediately contacted them via their website "contact seller" function, to advise them of my mistake, requesting a refund or a product exchange for the right spec. The communication which followed was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, to the point of being rude. They then promptly closed the discussion without any further consideration of a refund or product exchange, or information on how to contact the source seller. I would recommend caution when dealing with this company.
