I thought I was buying a Steam Key. I felt safe since they have a money back guarantee.

But they sent the details to a Steam Account. Then didn't give me back my money, even though they have their so called guarantee.

Just so everyone knows, It's against Steam's terms of service to sell or buy steam accounts. They close the account instantly after finding out about it.
