Where is my order?

Since July 24th, 2023, I have been waiting for my order to arrive. Regarding my tracking number, I haven't heard from you yet in any correspondence. I called your call center and was informed that my package had gone missing in transit. When I asked to talk with a higher employee, I was informed that this was not an escalation process. I've been waiting for my items for about 15 business days, and despite my best efforts to follow instructions, I've had no luck. I've sent multiple emails, but nobody has rep****. Are you a *****, and when will I get my stuff?
