What did I pay for?

I have bought a t-shirt online (09 March 2020) and the money was debited from my account. But I never received an email from G-star raw to confirm my purchase. I literally didn't get any sms or anything, just a debit message. When I call their retail store, they told me that they don't know who I can call to assist with that.
