Very dissap customer

This is so pathetic really a return was logged through aramex via g-star now its an up n down between them about my parcel which aramex collected but no one has a trail of it under investigation but happened just 22 july how even and g-star just email me to say was cancelled they investigating i dont wana hear that its alot of money i want my refund i send the item so dont make this my problem.sort out with courier sort out ur customer
