Terrible online service from G-Star.

I have ordered a pair of G-Star sneakers on 24 Aug 2021. On the 7th September 2021, I was called asking if I have received my item after telling them NO, I was told they will follow up with the distribution Centre and I will get my item shortly. On the 8th of September 2021, I received an email confirmation that my item was returned and the money will be refunded into my account. Firstly: I did not even receive my item in order for me to even return it. I want my item! I do not want the refund. I will never shop at G-Star again.
