Terrible customer service.

I took my jeans to on G-Star Raw's certified tailors. Both jeans came back ruined, our first interaction was on the 7th of October. I was asked to take pics & then return the jeans for a refund. I have been emailing and calling since the said date. For such a huge institution it is utterly disappointing that every agent that I have spoken to, the company has failed to simply assist me with returning a pair of jeans and receive my refund back.
