STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND A MONTH LATER!!!!!
SHOCKING SERVICE RECEIVED- i bought a few items online in January round about the 20th. i received the items after a week which was great. A few days later i decided to return one of the items and have had a nightmare ever since. Firstly they took too long to come and collect and now i am struggling to get my refund a month later. Everytime i contact the call center i get told stories. I would never purchase anything from there and will also influence all my friends i have recruited.
