I bought items online last month 17-07-2021 I received an email confirming the delivery and on the email it was mentioned that I should make a follow up after 7 days,I did that but the only thing I get when I track the order is that your order it’s in the logistics I don’t know which logistics cos I haven’t received any call or email confirming where my order is?
