Rude , Lying Staff. PAY BACK MY MONEY

My order (number ***) was cancelled without anyone from G-raw calling me to explain or explaining on the cancellation email . I called them yesterday and they advised that the issue was with the bank and my payment but I received an sms saying payment went through , but i go to the bank to find out and bank advises that payment went through. Today now at 13;05 i call them and was advised the item i went is out of stock and i inquire about payment and this very rude guy says it will be released today at 15:00 and i ask for his name and surname he said Themba BUT not sure as he was rude and dropped the call. Please give me my money back before i take legal action and anyone who wants to buy from G- Raw i would advise you guys not too.
