Refund taking forever

My refund was collected 28/06/23 and it arrived at warehouse 03/07/23 and till now I haven't received me money. when I enquire, I'm told they don't have it but the tracking from the courier (Aramex) shows the got it on the 03/07/23 and today is the 12/07/2023 still no refund. please assist
