Refund not received

Am not happy with Raw mall fo Africa, I returned a jean and they said they need to transfer my money back to my credit card, and it will take 24hrs to reflect, it has been 4 days now, nothing in my bank, went there to complain but they dismissed me and told me that they don’t care, I am not happy with the treatment, I am not sure if this is a **** or they are trying to rub me. This is disgusting and should be reported to the relevant authorities.
