Poor Service

To whom it may concern

I’d like to express my utter disgust in the manner your Gateway(Durban - South Africa) staff communicate with clients. The individual in question is “Bright Msomi”, after explaining the process of SALE online and in store prices to me. This individual goes on to say “you trying to play us” I’m not sure what this slang means but the tone was not correct. The staff in question could of handled the situation in a much more professional manner. I myself own multiple GStar garments and this last incident on 20/06/2019 had left a very poor taste in my mouth. Please ensure your staff is trained adequately in interpersonal s****s before they are shown to the shop floor. Being part of the Tfg group I hope this matter is handled with the utmost severity as I will continue to air my view on this incident on other social media platforms until said individual is trained appropriately.
