Poor quality and customer service

My name is Thembile I have been a loyal customer to the brand for years and have never felt the need to complain about anything but but the last years I cant say I'm a happy customer. I have attached two pictures of items I bought, 1st is the sneaker boot which was bought around 3 years ago(unsure of the exact date and year) within the 1st year the material started tearing and slitting then the 2nd item was bought last 2019 by my sister as a gift for me as off yesterday it broke too.

I'm not sure wats happening to the quality of your items but its leaving a very sour taste.

To top it off, iv sent them an email 22nd of May 2020 of my dissatisfaction and to date no call or reply to my email has been made

I will never waste my money with them ever again
