Pending Refund from 20th December.

The service from the customer agents at the company is non existent. I have emailed them on numerous occasions even spoken to a lady called Evelyn another lady today who kept me on hold for 27 minutes without resolving my query. I returned my item on the 20th of December todate no refund or communication with regards to when they will pay me back.
