INFURIATING customer service

I'd like to echo the sentiments of past and present G-Star Raw customers. Their customer service is almost non existent and whenever they are they don't seem to have any answers regarding complaints. I ordered a size 43 shoe and lord behold a size 46 get's delivered instead, I kid you not. Then the customer care lady conjures up the audacity to offer me a 10% discount voucher as it that solves the problem. G-Star you just lost a loyal customer and over WHAT, shipping the wrong size. That's text book. Now I gotta wait for the item to be collected and returned back to Amsterdam, followed by an even longer period of waiting for my refund. I'm utterly DISGUSTED as one of my fellow complainant said. For any of you future potential customers, stay clear of G-Star, it'll only leave dissatisfaction.
