I had a terrible experience with this company! The customer service was not good, the mangers attitude was the worst.

I have received nothing but poor service from both the manger and the staff members. I laybyed a jean 3 months back and due to circumstances I couldn't paid it off and it expired. I then received an sms to say that it has expired I should come collect my money. I went there for the first time they said they don't have cash I should come on Friday. On Friday I went they also said they don't have the money and they took my numbers to give me a call. Three weeks went by and still no call from them, so I decided to go to them since it was month end they just told me they don't have cash again and the manager Thabo referred me to go to Mall of the North where I'm going to get the money. I got there they told me it's impossible for them to cancel the layby since it was not done in their store. No I don't know what to do because I went there more than three times with no results and they seem to be enjoying seeing me coming to the store everytime. I'm not happy with how they are dealing with my situation.
