Horrible service from Menlyn Park G star Raw
Bad experience at G-Star Raw in Menlyn Pretoria on Sunday, 14 January 2018. Was left unattended for more than 10 minutes in an empty store while to the two store attendants were busy chatting. When I tried to then reach the sizes I wanted, was rudely told to move away from the shelves, for stock issues. Informed the store attendant, Lebogang, that he is rude and ought to treat customers better.
Boldly indicated to me that he does not care and I can file a complaint if I so wished.
For a premium brand, their customer services is certainly NOT premium.
