GSTAR RAW TOOK DOUBLE PAYMENT & LONG WAITING PERIOD

I purchased 1 item from the g star online store on the 23rd Jan 2021. They said I would receive my item in 10 days, still haven't received it and it's February 4. Also, they made a double payment from my account on the 26th Jan 2021 for the same 1 item. I am not impressed with g star as they have taken two amounts from my account for the same item and I still haven't received the item. Customer service is terrible too as I've been calling and sending emails but no one responds. When I search with my order number through the Where Is My Order option, it shows that the item still hasn't left the warehouse in Amsterdam but I received an email 3 days after payment stating that the order has left the warehouse and just needs to be cleared by customs. I am very disappointed as this is my first time ordering online from them.
