GSTAR RAW STILL WAITING FOR MY CLOTHES 10 DAYS LATER.

I bought items of clothing online on the 27th October and i am yet to receive any communication from Gstar as to when my items will be delivered. The online store says 4-5 days but now its over 9 days and i still haven't received anything
