GStar Raw Mall of Africa Management Disgrace!

On Sunday the 12th of August at I went to the store just before 5pm to purchase a dress that was on 50% off sale price for women’s month. The consultant initially checked draws for it. After he couldn’t find the dress he Told me to go to east gate mall. Which I then rushed to do so as he said the sale ends today. I did not find the dress there and obviously malls are now closed. I called on Monday again and they told me it’s been sent to the online store. I checked over 24hours kept updating the page. Even checked on superbalist. Nothing. Called again today and the store manager herself didnt know where they sent stock and promised to call me bac**** Until now I am waiting! Not only did I lose out on the sale price but I’ve literally been sent driving around jhb FOR CONSULTANT INCOMPETENCE!!! What an absolute disgrace that the manager of the store has no control and consultants are not informed or trained at all. Like walking into a ****ty unregistered sweet tuck shop! Absolute disgrace the way g star is managed! Can somebody please get back to ASAP!!!
