G-star RUDE MANAGER!!!!!!

I am a regular shopper at G-star raw Loch Logan mall in Bloemfontein and every time I go there the manager is always rude, she makes shopping experience a nightmare. She treats customers bad as if they are there to borrow the clothes. The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful the manager can learn something from her staff. I've never came across a rude person like that lady she's VERY RUDE!!!! I'd rather shop online and wait for my clothes than to deal with a rude person.
