G-Star Raw online store-Poor customer service

This online store has one of the poorest customer service.

I've ordered before,but what I recently witnessed is an act of ignorance. Order and payment was made 03/08/2023 and a confirmation of shipping was received. Than on the 5th of August no response or any communication, out of concern sent in a email to confirm estimated date of delivery still no response.

Contacting their client services is really one hassle, you'll be routed to all different departments without receiving any feedback or help.

I ordered shoes on the specific date (03/08/2023) expecting that by date the parcel will be received for a planned event.

22 August 2023 had to call to their customer services to just be informed that "your parcel was supposed to be delivered, sorry it was lost we'll have to refund you and it might take 6-8 days to reflect , if you have a problem I'll have to transfer you to the finance department" what a shock I received after 13 days(working days)of order have to be informed in this manner?

A planned event and outfit wasted by pure ignorance.
