G-star raw online order No *** & *** NOT DELIVERED AS PROMISED

I have purchased G-star Jean (Order No ********** 862) on 20th August 2018 and another G-star Jean & T-shirt (Order No ********** 566 ) on 29 August 2018 on G-star raw online and they have promised to deliver the items after 10 business days and ever since then i have been waiting for the delivery of my items and when i call them they keep on saying its been held by SARS Customs for clearance and they do not have control over SARS. Very very very poor service and unprofessional and RUDE call center agent . Its probably a **** and its so disappointing for such an international brand.
