G-Star Raw jeans tearing in less than 6 months of wearing them

I purchased a D-Staq 3D Slim jean from G-Star Raw Sandton in May of this year. I have only had this jean for 6 months and have not needed to put it in any washing machine or Iron the jean because I bought it for the purpose of wearing it on special occasion. This was my second pair of D-Staq 3D Slim jeans that I had purchased. The jean has started tearing and has small holes by the thigh area of the jean. I took the jean to Sandton G-Star Raw over the past weekend and was told to leave the jean there and they will contact me during the course of the week once they done their investigations. The store manager called me this morning and advised the holes on the jean are due to friction and there is nothing he can do for me.I advised him this is not my first pair of D-Staq 3D Slim jeans and I have never had any such issues and I can even bring him my older pair of D-Staq 3D Slim jeans, included the purchase slips so he can see when those were purchased and yet they have no tears unlike the ones I had brought to him. He still advise he cannot assist me. This is totally unacceptable that a R33000 Jean only last for at best 6 months. I mean G-Star Raw's Slogan is HARD CORE DENIM yet the jeans do not even last 6 months. I mean even cheaper jean brands have more durability than this.
