G-Star raw in Waterfront ****** me

I bought a pair of Sneaker from the Waterfront store in February 2025 i only wore it twice in March and mid July and it was my 1st time washing them and they thorn both side same place so i took it in today and they said they can't help me without a receipt and i didn't keep it because i trusted them and the quality I'm very much disappointed i don't want to lye.
