G-Star Raw fails to deliver :(

I bought a denim jean on the 02/02/2024, they confirm that they got my online order; and also sent me an invoice on the 05/02/2024. They said my order is on the way, I have been waiting since then. I am a regular customer of G-Star Raw (Online) store, as they used to deliver... But now they have got my eyes opened. I will never risk with my money for this thing. I wish I can at least get my money back. What a poor service from them :(
