****ed up quality

I bought pants on Superbalist for R1999 in December last year. On Friday as I got to work, I was disappointed to find out that I had been walking around with torn pants. Superbalist comes back and tells me to take up the quality issue with GStar Raw, who apparently according to Superbalist will not also take the pants back or address the issue. Every reputable retailer is happy to replace or refund a product if there was issues with the quality especially on such an expensive product regardless of how long I have had the product. This is **** and i will escalate the issue until I am happy with the feedbac****! Sissy Boy replaced an item after two years because they trust their quality and were just as disappointed their product didn't live up to expectations. I have quality product from over 6 years ago that are still intact. This is my first product from this brand, I doubt I will buying any of their products ever again.
