Extremely poor after sales service

My wife purchased a jeans on the online store, in the time of the jeans being purchased and it being fitted on her wallet was ****** with all her cards. The jeans didn't fit and she requested a refund or credit after which she was informed that they can't refund to a card other than the one they purchased and the bank needs to do a transfer. Please explain how the bank is going to even receive money if you are refunding a cancelled card. It makes absolutely no sense, the fact that G-Star won't even provide store credit is ridiculous! This must be one of the poorest interactions I've ever had with a retailer! So disappointed, won't be purchasing from them again
