Disgusting Customer Service G Star Raw

Disgusting customer service from G Star Raw call centre. Order number ***. The customer service rep who answered the phone on 5/6 December, who literally dropped the phone when I called to find out where my package is at, she as much as advised that she is terminating the call and then dropped it. I have never ever been treated this badly by anyone in my life.
