Disappointed customer service, brand damaged.

Am extremely disappointed with G-Star Service received 😞, I have logged a return request of my pair of snicker bought online. Request was logged on the 1st of December 2023 and was promised that parcel will be collected on the 4th December 2023 and that was not met and zero communication was received from the courier service or whatsoever I had to be the one making a follow-up request and nothing was done except small messages that did not resolve my request. This snicker I bought it special for a very important event to attend but I couldn't were my shoes. Today is the 2nd of January 2024 snickers hasn't been collected and no one is saying anything to me.... am supper upset and will not recommend this kind of business to anyone in this world.
