Bad service over and over again

Hi,I have been coming to this store for the third time over the exact same issue,My partner bought a sneaker and the first time they gave us two different colour sneakers,the second time when we got home we realized the one shoes had been worn and slightly torn,today im here again and again they are giving me a worn sneaker which is slightly dirty,they saying it was the last pair,okay lets say I understand that,they expect me to take it him and clean it myself?!I'm very very disappointed,One employee also told me the sneaker came with free socks,the person helping me never informed me,when I ask him,he doesn't have an answer...G-star Pavilion,you're service is very very bad shame....
