BAD SERVICE

Good day,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my G-Star Raw order placed on 25 November.

According to Aramex tracking, it is stated that a delivery attempt was made at my residence on 1 December. However, no one from Aramex came to my address on that day, and no delivery notice was left. This information is therefore incorrect.

To date, I have contacted the Aramex call center multiple times, including today, but I have not been given any clear update or confirmation on when my parcel will be delivered. This ongoing lack of clarity and service is extremely frustrating.
