Angry and disappointed

I ordered a pair of sneakers on the 06th of December as a birthday gift, on the 11/12/2024 I received an email that my order is on its way. On the 26th I send a DM on Instagram and I was asked to provide my number, order number and email and I sent them and there has been no communication after that. I am very angry and disappointed because this was meant to be a gift and there has been no communication about the order being delayed. If you are not giving me my sneakers then give me my money back.
