G Star Raw

Bought a pair of sneakers at the G-Star Store at the V&A Waterfront, Having washed the shoes with warm water for the first time, the sole and the edges have turned yellow. The employee explained that this is quite normal as every shoe will change the colour in the course of time :-) He offered 15 % discount on my next purchase.

It is obviously a material defect that only became noticeable after washing. In that, I guess that the explanation of the employee was only an excuse.

All in all poor customer service and no support from the manufacturer itself.
