Plumbing and maintenance

As a new resident to South Coast KZN, I used Grant, from GR Maintenance Southbroom, to install a Jojo tank, while installing was going on, all went well, however, after full payment at completion, I've had numerous issues with the tank not working as it should, Grant totally ghosted me, never replying to msgs or emails! Arrived after nearly 3 weeks of constantly calling him, STILL never fixed the problem, tried to blame it on loadshedding! I paid R16.500 for this, and all I get are empty promises and zero action! Still waiting for any response, another 2 weeks later! I now understand why people in my complex in Margate, refused to work with Grant, they said: totally unreliable! He's done some work previously, at my complex, but, I'm new here, and wasn't aware of this, until now! I can't believe how this Co has ZERO business ethics and just doesn't care anything about addressing issues! Be warned, don't make the mistake of using this Company, the ongoing hassles are Neverending!
