don't waist your money!! they don't respond !!

Don't use them!! Your wasting your money!!My grandmother has an acc with them.if her alarm goes off.. they don't even come out.or phone her.like they should.if she phones them..then they have a bad attitude. But when they do send some one she has to pay 350rand..but the problem is never fixed there is no problem.my grandmother spoke to a lady (yolandi) and she told my grandmother she can complain as much as she wants it's not there problem.this has been going on since June 2015. If she phones them.. they always say they will get back to her.. and they never do.they have the worst service ever. And the deducted more money from her according that what they should have.. and she is still waiting for them to come back 2 her
