most disgusting service ever received

went to G fox in the Cleveland area to purchase a lab coat. When we arrived there the price was being changed from R117 to R154. this was disgusting! at home we realised it was a size bigger. When we went to exchange it took almost 45 minutes to prepare a receipt. the managers attitude was disgusting
