INCORRECT ALIGNMENT

On Saturday I took my vehicle for alignment at G Force Tyres. After it was done, I drove on Higginson Highway to test. The vehicle steering wheel was sque although driving on a perfectly straight road. I took the vehicle back and they informed me that everything was fine but they will check again. They made up excuses telling me the tyre pressure was low. First time in my life I heard that low tyre pressure will cause a steering to be sque. I even met another person there, explained my situation and he informed me that he had the same problem with 2 of his vehicles after alignment was done there and eventually had to take it somewhere else. They checked the vehicle the second time, the guy did something underneath the vehicle, told me everything is fine and alignment is perfect. I drove again on a perfectly straight road and still the steering was sque. I eventually had to take my vehicle to another tyre shop and do the alignment there and now, after the alignment was done at the other tyre shop, the steering is perfectly straight on a perfectly straight road. I wasted R250 and wasn't going to waste my time going back there the 3rd time. I will never again go to G Force Tyres.
